How To Get Money Back From Grocery Shopping

How To Get Money Back From Grocery Shopping

Summer time means it’s time for me to get my act together and load up on groceries. When summertime hits, I don’t want to waste time grocery shopping or cooking. I would rather do, well, pretty much anything but that!

If you’re the same way, be sure to look at some fifteen minute meal ideas for the summer!

Coming up will be a series of ways you can save time preparing food for the summer, whether it’s with quick 15 minute meals or by stocking your freezer. (Freezer meals are going to be my go-to when I have baby number 3 this August!)

But before we get into that blog post series, I wanted to share some of my favorite ways to save money on grocery shopping.

*The following contains referral and affiliate links. 🙂

Berry Cart is a rebate app where you will get cash back for certain purchases.

You get points (kicks) for walking into stores, scanning barcodes of items in the store, or for certain purchases. My favorite is scanning and walk-in kicks. They add up quickly and you can trade in your kicks for gift cards. If you sign up, use my code to start out with some extra kicks! Code: SALE903339

Dear sweet Ebates is one of my favorites. It’s so versatile. I can earn money back for pretty much ANYTHING I buy. What more can I say? Oh, and you get referral bonuses for recommending it to someone! If you sign up with my link here you’ll get a bonus $10 back on a $25 purchase.

This is a rebate app that lets you add rebates to your list before you purchase them. Once you’ve finished your shopping simply snap a picture of your receipt and Ibotta will credit your account with your cash back. If you use my referral code you can get a $10 bonus! Code: ncbukag

This is an app where you earn points for snapping pictures of your receipts. You get to earn points from purchases at popular stores like Target, Starbucks, Trader Joe’s, and many many more!

Snap pictures of your receipts and earn points! Trade in your points for money or gift cards.

I’m new to Receipt Pal, but so far so good! It seems very similar to Receipt hog where you simply snap a picture of your receipt and earn points for it. Trade in your points for rewards. (Gift cards to Amazon, other stores, or a visa card.)

Another rebate app that allows you to get cash back on certain purchases!

And that’s how you could make over $20 in one day! Sign up for these apps!

It’s so quick and simple to snap pictures of your receipts for all of these apps and get rewarded for groceries that you have to buy anyways.

Make sure to combine several of these apps to get the most money back from grocery shopping!
